A local developer was transforming a building at 630 W. Lake into condos and removed a false ceiling to make room for a third floor. I extracted the 2x12 joists and power-washed them on-site.

I then installed them on the 2,000-sf floor in the newly built 3-bedroom condo above the UPG Event space, along with the stairs and landings from the ground floor to the rooftop.
